Brussels | Hop on the Eurostar and embark on a journey through waffles, squares, and a Belgian-style mini-trip.
Brussels

Grand Place, Brussels
When visiting Brussels, the Grand Place is an absolute must-see. It's the city's most iconic landmark, surrounded by magnificent historical buildings adorned with numerous gold details. Standing in the center of the square creates a truly spectacular space. During the day, the Grand Place is bustling with tourists and perfect for photographing architectural details. If you have time in the evening, it's worth returning. Sometimes, the Grand Place is illuminated with projection lights or other lighting effects, creating a completely different atmosphere from the daytime.
Manneken Pis and Manneken Pis
Another very famous attraction in Brussels is the Manneken Pis. Interestingly, the Manneken Pis changes clothes frequently, so if you're staying in Brussels for several days, you can check what it's wearing each day. Not far from the Manneken Pis, there's also a Manneken Pis; if the timing is right and the route is convenient, you can visit both. However, neither of these attractions requires a long stay; they're better suited for a stroll through the city center as convenient stops on your itinerary.
Belgian pancakes
When in Belgium, you can't miss the waffles! On our first day, we ate at Maison Dandoy, which I thought was delicious. They offer two types of waffles, each with a slightly different texture, so you can choose according to your preference for texture and toppings. On our second day, we randomly picked a waffle shop, and it was also very good. This made me realize that it's really hard to go wrong with waffles in Brussels; they're generally quite good.

Amadeo Brussels : All-you-can-eat pork ribs, very popular, reservations recommended.
During our trip to Brussels, we ate at an all-you-can-eat pork rib restaurant called Amadeo / Amadeus Brussels. The restaurant was quite popular, and I would recommend making a reservation in advance, especially for dinner.
Its unique feature is that you can choose to eat all-you-can-eat pork ribs, but not everyone has to order the all-you-can-eat option; you can also order à la carte, so your companions can choose according to their appetite. The restaurant's interior decoration is very distinctive, with dim lighting, red checkered tablecloths, and wall decorations, creating a memorable atmosphere.
The pork ribs were delicious and the portion was generous. If you enjoy meat, this would be a great dinner option. Besides the pork ribs, their Irish coffee is also very memorable. Hot coffee with Irish whiskey is fragrant and layered, making it a perfect way to end your dinner.
