Bruges | A Journey Through the Canals, Chocolate, and Fairytale Town

Bruges is not far from Brussels, and it's very convenient to get there by train from Brussels. The journey isn't too long, and there are many trains, making it a great place for a day trip. Compared to Brussels, which is busier, has more tourists, and some areas have a more complicated security situation, Bruges gave me a much more comfortable first impression. The streets are cleaner, the overall atmosphere is quieter, and it's more relaxing to walk around.
The most charming thing about this city is not any single attraction, but the overall atmosphere. The canals, cobblestone streets, small bridges, old buildings and cute little shops are put together, as if you have stepped into a fairy tale.
運河、石板路和老建築，是布魯日最迷人的地方
布魯日最美的地方，就是它不需要刻意安排太多景點，走在市區裡，常常轉個彎就會看到漂亮的運河、小橋或古老建築。布魯塞爾的大廣場很華麗、很震撼，但布魯日是另一種細緻的漂亮，它不是用一個巨大景點讓你驚艷，而是用整座城市的氛圍慢慢讓你喜歡上它。

Locàle by Kok au Vin：一頓適合慢慢享受的午餐
到布魯日之後，我們先去吃了一家米其林餐廳 Locàle by Kok au Vin。這家可以選擇四道菜或五道菜，我們這次選的是四道菜。
這種餐廳的用餐節奏比較慢，會吃完一道菜之後才上下一道，所以很適合想要悠閒享受午餐的人，如果你那天行程排得很趕，或只是想快速吃完繼續逛街，可能就不太適合安排這種餐廳。我印象最深的是它的淡菜，味道很好，餐廳的氛圍也很舒服，這頓午餐讓我覺得布魯日很適合「慢旅行」。
布魯日小店與巧克力
吃完午餐後，我們就沿著布魯日市區慢慢逛，布魯日路上有很多好看的小店，賣巧克力、紀念品、生活雜貨和一些很有歐洲感的小東西。比利時本來就以巧克力有名，所以在布魯日逛巧克力店也很合理，路上看到的巧克力造型都很可愛，像這種小羊造型的巧克力就很吸引人，雖然不一定每樣都會買，但光是看櫥窗就覺得很療癒。
